As much as I hated it to come... the ol' 50th Birthday has come ....and gone...... I can't believe I am that freakin' OLD!!!! But I have had a great 50 years! I have earned my stripes... (better known as wrinkles).... and my gray hairs. A significant birthday like this one does make one stop and think and reflect and all that analytical crap:) But I truly have had a wonderful ride so far. I've been blessed with wonderful kids, great friends, good health, many educational and professional opportunities and most of all a testimony of my Savior and his gospel. I am lacking for nothing! Thanks to all of you who have helped make the last 50 so great..... let's go for 50 more!!

They came to work, all dressed in black, with balloons, roses, and a banner for me to wear.
Little Lexie and Gavyn were dressed as the Grim Reaper!! It was just so damn cute!!!! I couldn't stop smiling all day!

These roses were so cool... they were kind of a muted red color and they were blackened on the edges so they looked like they were dying....just like me!!!! (Every day I get older and one more day closer to death but I pray for senility and incontinence and dementia to come first so I can drive my kids nuts!!!)
Seriously, THANKS to my KIDS for a Fantastic Birthday!!!!!

I meant to send you a card but my job has kept me so busy that even my husband has been neglected of my time. It looks like your kids had a nice day planned for you.
