Young Women's Broadcast

I've recently been called to be a Laurel Advisor in Young Women's. When I got called my response was, "Aren't I too old for that??" But I was assured that I was not. It is good to be back amidst the young.... (no offense Relief Society sisters) ..... these girls are amazing and so fun to be around. I loved being in the Conference Center for the Broadcast. The talks were some of the best I have ever heard. Pres. Uchtdorf told the girls that they could all have their "once upon a time" complete with a "happily ever after" but that they would have to prove themselves, face and overcome challenges, and earn the things they wanted most. To see the prophet and just be near these special men in this special place filled my heart with joy!
