Ok.... That wasn't that hard... but I also found my hotel..... then the
temple... where I did a session....
Beautiful temple on the outside and the inside. I have been here many
years ago when we took our Young Women to do baptisms for the
dead but had never done a session here. The celestial room was very
small but so quaint and decorated different than any other I have
ever been in. And there were two sealing rooms right off of it.
My most proud moment.... I didn't sleep through the session!
Even though I had just spent 4 hours driving there.... But probably
the three 44 oz Pepsis on the way down helped with that!!!
Next.... I found the college (Dixie) and went to see this
play. It was actually very good. A couple of the
actors were HORRIBLE... but most of it was very
very good. Adelaine was especially good.
comes my favorite thing.......a Rainbow!!!
Took a drive through Snow Canyon Sunday morning.
Next time I want to hike around there.
The formations and changes in scenery and variety is
so amazing to me. God had so much fun creating this
world....... Hope someday I get my chance to do that.
Loved this Indian statue as you go out to Snow Canyon.
I drove home Sunday after a little shopping at the Outlets.
While "trapped" in my car I practiced my songs for our upcoming
Christmas concerts and listened to a fun book on tape.
It was a great change from my usual sitting at home all weekend.
Still all alone... but at least some new scenery.
And I overcame some majors fears by going alone.
Looking forward to another trip like it in the spring.
Glad you had fun. WE need to meet in st. george sometime and have a fun weekend together!
