We had a great family Christmas this year!
On Christmas Eve, Clay and Kmee and Ira
and I went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse.
Later that night I went to Brandon and Miranda's to
sleepover. Mandy and Jon are staying there so it was fun
to have them all in one place. We prepared food for
Christmas morning and wrapped presents and put toys
together and all that fun Santa stuff. Got to bed about
2 a.m. Been a few years since I did that!!
Christmas morning... Jordyn went downstairs to find
her "puter" that Santa had left her.

Reese got a princess castle just like the one Jordyn got.
So she probably thought this was hers. She went right to it
and started playing with it.
Brandon and Jordyn.... trying to get something out of the box.
That takes an engineering degree these days!
Jordyn couldn't keep her jammie pants up!!
The "monsters" kept pulling them down.. she said.
Poor little Reese had a runny nose, ear infection, and just didn't
feel too great!!
Probably can't see in the pictures above and below, but
Reese and Jordyn kept putting on J's princess shoes (or
in Reese's case..... shoe.... she quickly learned that
if she wore both she would trip, but with just one
she could stay upright) They would walk all over
the house pushing the grocery cart or baby stroller,
walking with their princess shoes on.

Kind of a random picture ..... what does it have to do with Christmas?
Christmas eve morning I was laying in bed, not feeling very
good when I heard some nice person out snow blowing
my driveway and walk. "How nice" thought I, until I heard the
crash!!! I got up and looked around but couldn't see the
source of the crash until a few hours later
when I opened my blinds to enjoy the new snow....
And my window was broken!
Guess some ice or a rock got thrown from the
snow blower! ChaChing...... howmuchisthisgonnacostme?
Lexie got this cute scarf for Christmas.
Miranda: "Lexie, that is a cute scarf. Do you know where
I could get one like it?"
Lexie: After a long pause to think about it..."You'll have to
ask Santa!"
Spent the day eating and watching movies and loving the grandkids.
It was a very MERRY CHRISTMAS.

past. This was one of our first puzzles.
I started it weeks before Christmas and thankfully
Mandy came over and helped me finish it
or it probably wouldn't have gotten done!

Mom and Dad gave me new silverware and I LOVE IT!!!! I have never had any this nice.
It makes me fell all fancy and special every
time I use it.
Brandon and Miranda are taking me to the George Strait concert!!!
So very excited!!!!
Mandy and Jon gave me a very much needed
new shower head. When Mandy used my shower
on her visit she was disgusted by how terrible
mine was. Jon installed it and it is wonderful!!
And Cortnie and fam gave me a new
computer case and scarfs.

Yes...it was a Merry Christmas! Thanks for taking pictures. I may have to borrow some! Wish Reese-y would have felt better. Sad we had to lay low most of the trip! We miss you already! LOVE you!
