I have so enjoyed this entry table. It has been so fun to decorate for
the holidays. This Easter one is going to be hard for me to put away.
I love my new Easter Egg runner that I made. It turned out so cute and was
so easy. The basket of eggs I found at Tai Pan and they matched the runner
perfectly. And my painted girl and boy are two of my favorites.
On the bottom shelf is the subway art picture Sandy gave me...
I wonder when he comes again.... Just love it all...
A little spot of happiness for the Spring and Easter season.
We had an Easter party at Cortnie's on Saturday...
Easter Eve.... Bryan smoked some delicious pork and
we had really great pulled pork sandwiches topped off with
my "J Daug" sauce, yummy fruit and desserts.
Ira had on a cute new Easter shirt which had to be
removed so he could eat..... Kaimee probably
should have taken off her shirt too since he smeared
his food on his bare tummy and all over his Mommy....
Easter egg hunt......The kids had fun finding their eggs.
They had a certain color they were assigned and could
only collect that color. Fun Aunt Cortnie had also
hidden bubbles for each one.... Eggs with candy, eggs with money.
Special eggs that looked like grass and rocks....
making them harder to find.
We colored eggs too but I didn't get any pictures.
I was in charge of coloring this year. I cooked 5 dozen eggs
and we could have easily colored more. The kids had fun
dying and designing....... We used food coloring for dye and
it made the eggs really bright and colorful.
Mandy posted these cute pictures of Reese
and Jensen. Looks like they had a great Easter!!
With the Easter bunny at Jon's school...
Mandy said that Reese just kept telling him
"thanks for bringing me eggs"
