Cortnie called and asked me to go to the garden show with her...
and of course, I was anxious for the chance to spend time with
her and to NOT have to spend a lonely Saturday at home.
We both loved this tree ... some kind of a lilac tree....
But what I loved most was spending time with Cortnie.
Favorite thing of the day..... we went to a yard that had a lot
of aspen trees in it... and Cort said "I love aspens.That is my favorite
sound in the world" (You know that wonderful sound that only aspen leaves
make when they rustle in the wind) I had no idea that was her
favorite sound and I may have died not knowing if I hadn't had
the wonderful opportunity to spend a day with her in some lovely gardens.
